Legal mediation from fl has been calling me telling me they will send someone to my house or job and I will go to jail I sent them a good faith payment can they really come to get me?

hello all- i have been managing my debt for years and have worked hard on my credit. due to unforseen circumstances i am now in danger of the credit cards spiralling out of control and my credit being damaged. is debt consolidation the way? will it reflect negatively on my hard fought for "fair" fico? any help will be appreciate. currently my credit cards account for over half of my monthly nut. kindest regards, frances

My wife without my permission activated a cell phone account using my name for her brother who did'nt pay the bill now i owe 900.00 to wolpoff&abramson and have to go to court,yet they keep trying to call me anyway what do they want???what should i do since i feel i don't owe this debt?

leaves a message and ask you to referer to a case number.Example-When you return this call referer to your case number 000-000-000. I always thought you had to go to court first to have a case number.

To whom it may concern, I would like to know way I'm being charge for another cdedit report when I signed uo I only wanted to recieve one credit report not continuing coverage or every mounth, what do I need to do to stop being charge for your service I know longer want. My landlord is trying to force me to pay rent for additional days after I have moved out.

I have one more payday loan to get out from under. But I cannot find their number. They show up on my bank statement as - World Wide Cash Debit - but no telephone number is listed.
