I just spoke to the customer satisfaction manager at T&C, since I was not satisfied with the customer service I was receiving since joining up, I got her email, thanks to a moderater on another thread, and emailed her. I took close to 22 hours for her to call me back, granted most of it was nighttime. Anyways she did tell me what was going on with my account, she took the #'s of the most persistant pains in my behind so she could call them personally and she said she would call me back with an update by the end of the week.
