Well first off hello forums! Ran into this forum and it seems like it might be of some good help to me. Im 20 years old now....when i was 18 i got into a car accident and had no insurance. I made probably 4 payments of 100 dollars and stop paying them. It is now on my credit and it come up to about $4,500 dollars. I had a repo that i owed around $2,000 that also on my credit and other little mickey mouse things. I also owe around 600 dollars to bank of america but i am taking care of that small debt right now. So my question is how do i get these other two off me?

I just wanted to drop by and say hi to everyone. I haven't been around much lately as my wife has been out of work for a few weeks and has had the computer tied up with her job search. In addition to that, my assignment at work has changed and I am away from home more often and for longer time periods that I had been. I hope everyone is doing well. Hi I live in Florida, and someone stole my identity and fraudulently opened an account with Direct Tv, this account became delinquent and was sent to collections. I was not aware of any of this until recently. I heard in your forums that you are entitled to a free report once a year and this is how I found out. It turns out that a person with my same last name (different first name) used my SS# to open an account with them; this person lives a different city in Florida. Immediately I placed a fraud alert on my credit and called the collection agency.

I have been served a lawsuit by an attorney who is representing Asset Acceptance. I don't dispute the debt. It comes from a charged off Sears Master Card from back in 2003. I don't want to have a judgement and I don't want to be burdened by an unreasonable amount + attorneys fees, court costs,etc. How do I negotiate a payment plan?

I got an e-mail from a 2nd pdl saying they will forgive my debt but they re using a different name and not even referring to the loan #. They also want me to sign the release but not disclose anything about it to anyone but a lawyer or accountant or I will have to pay them $10,000.00. Anybody ever hear of this? I emailed them back that I will not sign anything that does not include the name of the company that put the money in my account and they must refer to the loan # I have on my paperwork.

I have read of the many posts here. I have had several PDLs and finally 2 weeks ago I had enough. My account was overdrawn $900.00 and I knew I had to do something. I have paid thousnads of dollars in interest fees. I did not plan on closing my account and got another loan from one click cash. I know I am morally obligated to pay it but after realizing that I paid over $1000 for a previous loan I was surprised and angry. I found a letter on your website and modified it with the information from North Carolina Statutes.

I'm trying to close my LLC without going bankrupt and lower my personal bills so that i can make the payments each month. $24k in credit cards and $21k on a car loan. Average monthly payments are over $4000 including living costs.

I just spoke to the customer satisfaction manager at T&C, since I was not satisfied with the customer service I was receiving since joining up, I got her email, thanks to a moderater on another thread, and emailed her. I took close to 22 hours for her to call me back, granted most of it was nighttime. Anyways she did tell me what was going on with my account, she took the #'s of the most persistant pains in my behind so she could call them personally and she said she would call me back with an update by the end of the week.

How do I find out if USAFastcash is licensed in Indiana?

I have been making payment arrangements with my PDL's for the most part they have been understanding. I am having trouble with CashNetUSA. They say that the best they can do is half now and half next month. I can't do that I have a total of 8 PDL's that I am trying to pay off. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with CashNet? I am in Colorado. Thanks!
