why are you debiting my checking account twice in the same week

I got a call from a girl from Nationwide Cash at 4:15 EST trying to settle this account. I had not heard from them for over a month. I have paid well over $1,000 for a $300 loan. When I told her I had filed a complaint with my AG and what the laws were in the state I live in, you could tell it went right over her head. When I asked for an address, her response was " we only take checks, credit card or moneygram/western union. I assume she had decided I wanted to settle the loan. When I asked for the information in writing, she stated that they did not give written information.

I have placed both of these companies on alert that I will be unable to pay their fees for this week. I also informed them that I will make payment arrangements for them to pay them back. Both of them informed me that I would only to be able to make payment arrangements unless the payment is coming back. I went to Capital One and filed a Statement of ACH unauthorized debit to block them. Do anyone know whether these two companies will be willing to work with me?

Last night I posted this phone number 800-676-7113. I have found that this number belongs to Network Systems Plus. They took money out of a friends account. She has NEVER had a payday loan and the bank will not help her. Any info would be appreciated. They have taken out over 400.00 which she had to pay. She closed her account today.
