Does anyone in this forum have any information on Payday Two? I am trying to send them a refund letter, but can't seem to find anything in my paperwork on them. They are on my bank statement for debits, but there isn't any other information for me. I would like a fax number and address, if anyone has this information. Thanks in advance.

Hi, Does anyone know anything about the CCCS in northern CA? I called their Wastonville office yesterday and made a phone appt. for next week. The woman I spoke to didn't know the answers to some of my questions. I know they won't touch my student loans, and that's fine. What I mainly need help with are medical bills that have been in collections for a while, but the agency, to maximize the impact to my credit divided it into a bunch of small accounts, one even as small as $7.00!

I got a call from what I thought was CVE but must be cbe group. The guy asked me if my last four of my SSN was XXXX? I told him no even though he was right cuz I had no idea that this was a collection agency. Thought it was a scam. Is this legal for collectors to know your SSN (or at least your last 4). I'm a veteran and I am incredibly apprehensive about anyone knowing my SSN these days. So, really my question is "do collector have access to our SSN's?" Thanks.

I was contacted at work by a collection Agency in regards to a credit card balance. She said they were going to send a letter to my employer to verify I work there. Are they allowed to do this? Won't my employer see that it's from a collection agency and thats sort of letting them know I'm having financial problems. Has anybody heard of this or has had this happen to them? Please advice.

Hello everyone my name is Dan I am new at this and i am now losing sleep on an issue. last friday my parents recived a call at 7:30am from a mr. al hobs saying he needs to talk to sarah_______ my wifes maden names right away. it is in regards to a 1099 from filling out with a peding lawsuit. My parents then freaked out and gave me his # and case# in which they are convinced it was the IRS. I called the number imeditily and this al hobs answered the phone what a nasty man. i gave him the case ect and he told me that my wife owes 4300 in a past credit card.

I am 33 years old. I recently graduated school and I am working for a temp company called Innosource. I am working for Fed Ex however Innosource for now. I make 11 dollars an hour. I need to know what I can do about the 4000 dollars racked up in two credit cards, 21000 dollars in my student loan, 3000 dollars that I owe in furniture that I bought when I was an Idiot, and some other small items. The INTREST is what is killing me. I need something positive to happen so that I can get back on my feet. I am on the verge of landing a great job. Just need some info.

Has anyone had bad luck with t&c proposals to store front lenders? just curious.

Ok so I know you all have heard it before, so I will be quick. I am from Ohio I have 9 payday loans out right now, 3 from store fronts here in town and 6 from the internet. All of them are due and I was laid off of work and cannot rob Paul to pay Peter anymore. The Internet ones are United Cash Loans, ameriloan, 1000 Easy payday loans, payday advance, upfrontpayday.com,cash2day4u. The store front ones are Advance America, Fast Cash and Cashland.
