what should i do? i have a payment coming due with paydayselect and i dont have the money and i'm waiting on clear a debt to see if they can help me. is there a letter or something i can email them?

i applied with pcs for a loan the email i got had a link it and i went to this and this what it said. Here are the results of your loan inquiry. We have researched the following lenders and have determined that you will be approved for up to the amount you seek.

HSBC (household bank) is one of my accounts that is with T&C. T&C has sent them a proposal, they denied it,etc. Anyway they have come to a monthly payment agreement---but my question is this "How long will HSBC continue to call me about my account?" Its like they have the information and they still ask if I can't make a small payment. I said no, as that would be defeating my purpose. Do you think they will continue to keep this up? I am getting tired of them calling or is this just part of collections procedures?

This is my first posting during my first visit (although I have been here reading for literally hours). Count me in the PDL Club. I didn't know I could fall so far so fast! I have been a stupid member of the aforementioned club since about November 2005. Until I came upon this site I really believed that there was absolutely nothing I could do. I didn't even think anyone would believe me as I tried to explain how a need of $300 became a cost of $3000 with the added bonus of losing everything I have, which isn't all that much.

Does anyone know the address of the cash transfer center? My attorney needs it and they will not give it to us. Thanks for the help? Tammy

Hey all...I was a little disappointed in this, I complained about a well known collection agency that's posted on here quite often. I really don't want to name it on here since they read these forums, but if we ALL complain, we could very well cause some trouble for some of these CA's who are violating the laws.

I have received correspondence from some of my payday lenders that have indicated that they are following the threads on this site. They don't call this site out specifically, but do point out that the letters they are receiving are form letters from a particular site. This is telling me that many of us are taking charge of our debt and trying to do something about it. Hurray for us.... :D

As you all know, we were victims of identity theft in July 2005. I placed a 7 year alert on the report, and when I got the latest report, it had nothing on there. Do they remove this stuff before the 7 year mark? I think it is very necessary to have this info on there, because it explains why our credit went down hill for a while and now we are on the rebound. Should I contact the credit bureaus and re issue the alert and once again send proof of why the alert should be put back on?

If a judegement is entered against you for a credit card, what is the time period before your belongings will be sold to pay for the judgement? Would you have enough time to file for chapter 7 before the collector made you sell your things?(no money no job...so they make you sell everything, right?)
