Hello all. I signed up for the site and received an email that Superior Debt Services would be contacting me for my debt. I had talked to a lady there and she told me that their company only does settlement. I was more interested in consalidation, b/c from what I had been reading, this looked better on our credit report. She told me that the settlement would look bad in the beginning on my credit report, but after everything was paid off that it would look good. That they pay 3 companys to raise your score or something to that effect.

I've read all of what is posted here, and I have a very similar situation. They have called and threatened that if I did not pay $820 by 8am the next morning via money gram, then they would have me arrested. I noticed others here who had that same threat made against them. I'm wondering whatever happened?

anyone got any ideas on where i can find more information about it? maybe they are different than a pdl. i dont know but i need money and i need help asap.

I am thinking about defaulting on a payday loan.Will "stop payment"on the check help some people told me that is fraud.Will a electronic draft be stopped also??Gas prices are putting a hurt on our family and this is the only way out.Thanks Bud PS;I live in south carolina any info would help.

can any one tell me the next step in getting this matter resolved. i had a car loan thur a company called fsb finace. fell behind in payments feb 06 spoke to a rep who told me that if i paid 809.00 that would bring my account current. 2 weeks later i get a bill in the mail telling me i owe 1200.00 past due. call again and they state that it was for a attorney to draw up papers and a field rep to repo the car and be severed these papers will the fun thing is the car was her they didn't take and no one came to the door with papers.
