before i see a change on my fico score? It was one of two collection items that sent my score south. How much will my score change after that deletion?

Has anyone had in communication with Pentagroup Financial who is representing United Cash Loans? I just has a AJ Linstrom just call me and tell me that if I don't pay the balance in 1 hour then he is going to submit his report to United Cash Loans for further action. Can anyone tell me what he is talking about and if they are truly a CA? HELP!!!!!

Has anyone ever been sued by chase or MBNA? How long did it take for them to sue you? I know that every company has the right to sue you but I've heard that Citi is usually the only one that takes the time and funds to do it.

I have a couple of loans with storefront PDLs that I am not going to be able to pay by the maturity date on the checks. I am going to close the account that the checks are drawn on so I won't get a bunch of nasty NSF fees from my bank. So after I close the account should I contact the PDLS and advise them that I have closed the account and I want to set up a payment plan or since I am going to enter into debt consolidation should I just wait for the debt management company to deal with them, even though that may be some time after the checks are due?

If anyone can help me find laws regarding payday loans in Pennsylvania, I would appreciate it. I tried doing searches but couldnt come up with anything. I would like to send letters out to my payday lenders. I have been with T&C for several months now and also have been paying the payday lenders before that. My balance left for each company is still about the same or more and it feels like im not making any progress. Im pretty sure most of them have already been paid off if they followed the laws. Hello - Any help would be appreciated. I just found out on a credit report that I had a recentjudgement for a past unpaid credit card debt which I was not aware of (debt or jusgement). I never received the original court paperwork notifying me of an original court date. I had moved from the address that was listed with the creditor and never received or signed for any mail. My question...If the debt is legitimate I would like to pay it if I am responsible for it. However, I do not want the judgment listed on my credit.

Hi, Anyone else having problems with these people still? Well they wont call me, since I told them their practices are illegal and i wont give money to shady con people. They didnt like that well at all. I have YET to receive any paper work. Unfortunately, they scared us into payment, so they have $900 bucks of our money, but they wont get another dime. Instead of calling us, they are calling my mother in law. They are threatening prosecution etc for this acct, along with the closing of an acct because they wouldnt prove the paperwork about the acct.
