I owe about 2000$ in payday loans, each site says if you close yoru bank account they will rport you for fraud so will they really do that. cause i dont have the money in the bank and they keep trying to take it and when the bank returns it i get charged for the return by them and the bank. i need help with this please and thank you!!

I keep getting loan offers from international companies, are there any legitimate international companies that lend in the US? Some of them are requesting an insurance fee be paid, which I have turned them all down. I have a company that wants to wire me $ 30,000 from another client in the United STates and I am expected to take out my fees and then wire the rest to them. Is this legal? If they wire me the money, can I get in trouble if the money was not legit? With all companies, if they tell me there is a upfront fee, I turn them flat out!

What is the name of the debt consolidation company that this website refers someone too when they request free debt counseling and submit their phone # ?? I just got a phone call from a company called Consumer credit counseling of America and set up a settlement program with them and also provided them with my checking account info. I then got curious and did a net search on them and came up with a hit on them that said they were a shady company and never delivered on their part of the bargain to pay off creditors.

Okay bear with me so I can get something clarified before I write my letters to the PDLs. In Ohio, the fees for payday loans $500 or less is $5 per $50 and 5% interest per month or partial month. $20 on a $200 loan for 14 days (which would be $40 for 30 days) plus $10 interest. $30 on a $300 loan for 14 days ($60 for 30 days) plus $15 interest. I took out a loan from AIM Fast Cash, not licensed in Ohio, on 08/25 for $200. I paid it back in Sep plus $180 in fees and interest. The interest should have been $30 for Aug and $50 for Sep for a total of $80.

Was I just scammed? Im not sure.... Well Im not 100% sure but its like this My bank account @ BOA(or one of my bank accounts) has been overdraft $1600(the original fee was $2600 but i paid 1k off, and been 1600 for a while now) for about 5-6 months. My account has been closed for sometime now. Ive been getting mail every other week saying to pay up or my name will be given to Chexsystems and my credit will be ruined blah blah blah up to 5 years even when i do pay them off. Although I do have an account at a different bank.

Well, they called my home last nite and told me they were a Federal Legal counsel and I was going to be arrested today! :D I couldn't even understand this guy... I've been paying them thru T&C, now I'm just gonna pull that account and fight them alone. I talked to the investigator here, and they are not listed anywhere in florida as a collection agency. I did a phone lookup at bbb.org, and they are listed as "United Federal Bank" here in florida. what a joke! I checked out Florida Statutes and the use of the term "bank" in any unlicensed company is a felony!

I have two payday loans that I'm paying. They keep calling me and harrassing me at work about paying them in full. I do not have the money to pay them in full but are making payments. They threaten to have me arrested and charge with fraud and bring federal charges against me if not paid by Friday, June 9, 2006. What can I do and can they have me arrested eventhough I'm making payments. Thanks

I have gotten my scores up to 670, 610, and 590 (which is being worked on at the moment). I recently applied for a store credit card and was denied because I have no credit. Are these good scores for applying? I want to apply for more but I don't want to affect my score. Is there any way around this?
