Are they licensed in the state of Maryland?

Am I able to fax my PDL's advising them not to contact us at work or our references... is there any laws that they would have to follow regarding this. I'm handling the home calls real well... answering machine in another room and ringers turned off on phones. Friends and family have been use to being screened for years. I have a phone right by puter with caller id on it... if you come up and I want to talk I'll pick up... anything else gets dumped and 98% of the time I'm not returning your calls. I have one PDL calling my best friend and talking at great length to them about my loan...

Is it possible to settle my payday loans? I have few payday loans that I took online. Now the lenders are calling me all day and night (sometimes). Actually I did not have fund in my checking account on last pay date. They want the full amount or they will issue another loan. I donot want a new loan. Can you help me settle the loans? Also I have about $2K credit card debt. Can I settle it together?

HI I need the address of 4 payday loan lenders, as they will not give them to me. I want to pay them off but when I call, all they do is threaten me and then hang up. I received a letter this week that a Human Resources employees' personal computer was stolen in a apparent burglary attempt late last month. That computer contained a company file with the Names, Birth dates and Social Security numbers of 30,000 employees. The company has arranged for affected employees to have a year of Equifax 3 in 1 credit monitoring for free. I have taken this offer and signed up. In addition I have taken a precautionary extra step of placing a temporary fraud alert with the three CRA's (my company recommended this action).
