how can I consolidate my debt? tell me in details.

Well T&C has openned my account and is beginning to process all these things. I had my first irate phone call today and let me tell you it was a doozy. The guy actually got his nose out of joint not because we didn't pay him but because we didn't call him and talk to him first. Of course he said this all after he cussed my husband out and threatened to take the matter to his attorneys. Then he proceded to tall me that he will not work with any third party companies and that we were getting ripped off. It got me to thinking....

I am trying to become informed about the legitimacy of a company called clear debt solutions and the process by which they recommend a person can become debt free.

I had to take out quite a few payday loans because of emergency car repairs and bills. I will not be able to afford the payments on them can I consolidate my bills now or do I have to wait a certain amount of time? And if I can I need reccomendations of a few companies that will also work with pay day loans. Thanks.

I have consolidated my payday loans with T&C and I am still getting phone calls from the payday loan places at my job and with my references. What should I do?

Co., post here a list of those PDL's who accepted the proposal and payments. PLEASE ONLY POST A PDL COMPANY NAME IF YOU HAVE WRITTEN PROOF THEY HAVE SIGNED A PROPOSAL FROM YOUR CONSOLIDATION COMPANY. I have talked with Hess Kennedy about debt settlement. What is T & C and how do you get info from them?

Hey everyone...thought you would all find this interesting: Today, I found out that PDL will go to great lengths... Mypaydayloan.com sent me an IM to tell me that I am in payday loan default! After they have already accepted the proposal from T&C! I am always signed on to Moblie IM through my cell phone, so I actually get IM's in the form of text messages...much to my surprise, it wasn't a welcome message today!! They are CRAZY!!!!!
