Hello forum, I am in need of some assistance finding out what and where this company is all about. I signed up for a loan with Zenque funding through the website www(dot)Moneybynow(dot)com and found that their contact us portion leads me to nowhere. They give a phone number, an address that only has the company name, state, and zip code, and an e-mail that doesn't work because when I send it, I get an automated message saying it doesn't exist. They have been sending me e-mails requesting that I pay for the loan but I can't e-mail them back at 2 different e-mail addresses I found.

I just got off the phone with T&C and they received a fax stating that we still owe them $220.00 and they want payments to start now. I told Faye that I had the letter from United Cash loans stating that they marked our account paid in full. She is faxing them a document requesting full account information and she was really interested to find out they are not licensed to lend. Faye stated that makes a big difference. I will not pay United Cash Loans another dime! :evil:

I just talked to Ivory Kerry with sonicpayday. First of all she told me that they don't accept partial payments only payments in full. I asked her if that meant that they would send back the payments they are receiving through T&C. She said no, they would apply those payments to my balance. I told her "I thought you just said you don't accept partial payments". She then told me that's not what she had said. She then says that they would contact my payroll department to get payment in full if it meant taking my whole check.

I'm looking for a long-term unsecured loan through a bank. Sounds pretty simple huh? Thing is I've got fair, at best, credit and I've tried applying to the "big boys" (Key Bank, TCF, Wells Fargo) and they just keep on turning me down. Anyone know of a good bank I could apply for a $3,000 unsecured loan with payments of around $200-300/month or so? Any ideas on how I could go about working with the "big boys"?

I've got a new problem with a local "law firm" calling and I know they're a collection agency. An old credit card, with a balance of just under $600 that I closed but kept on forgetting to pay on it each month, was sent to a local company called Silverman Law Firm.

What is the contact number to T/C I lost it.

I am now dealing with a 4th collection agency for a debt that I do not owe. I had sent a validation letter to the last agency, to which I had heard no response from. Then I receive a letter from another company - First Performance Recovery - about the same issue (to which I sent another validation letter). The 1st three agencies could not validate the debt; how long am I going to have to deal with these agencies? I have tried contacting the original lender (Sears), who sold it to another company. They will not speak with me, and refer me to the CA they are dealing with.

Hey everyone, I have been posting and reading this board for a little while now, and a few things have aroused my curiousity. Please do not advise me to sign-up, etc. because I am NOT looking for debt consolidation. I am simply curious about a few things. 1. I have read on these boards that T and C does not consolidate payday loans in NC. Is this true? I am in NC and do not know of any credit counseling agency that consolidates payday loans. If T and C does do this in NC it would be a helpful resource to me.
