In my search for consolidation, I started to fill out an online form, and then changed my mind. Apparently they were still able to collect my information, even though I did not complete the form, and did not send it. However, I did receive two phone calls today, and two emails....One of which is shown below. My reply is first, and I removed the names, including my own, for privacy. However, CareOne wasn't very careful, because you will at the bottom of the message to me, a reply from another customer that was written to them!

I am so done with my credit union! This afternoon they allowed a debit of $485 from payday max to go through my account---which leaves me a grand total of $92 in my account. Not to mention my $200 power bill that will come out tommorow! I had to run to the bank 15 minutes before they closed and fill out a penalty of perjury form. Now I don't know how long it will be before they put my money back in. I am just frustrated. If it wasn't for the kinds words and great advice I get here at this forum, I think I would lose my mind.
