I am $30,000 in debt with 6 different credit cards. They are all current with no late fees. I have been making all payments, but I am just paying interest and not making in progress in eliminating my debt. I was looking into a consolidation program with DelRay CC, approx. $682/month paid off in 4 years. While doing some investigating on the DelRay company, I found this forum. When I filled out the counseling on this site, I was told to call Superior Debt. Superior Debt counselor is trying to get me to do the debt settlement program. Approx around $400/month paid off in 3 years.

My new husband had a girlfriend 17 yrs ago who ended up with twins that she nvr proved were his. But to avoid court (the support people said "sign or go to jail") he signed. Then yrs later after he married his first wife, had a child & was living on another coast, 3000 miles from girlfriend... She puts her 3rd child on the welfare based support papers. He then starts paying for a child that *definately* isnt his but with only garnishments & no paper work, he didnt know. Now 17 yrs later, with our marriage, my taxes were seized & he's still being garnished.

Since we stand and survive as a community we will like to discuss the matters in open involving the community. Someone from Heathmill wrote to us and requested to remove some forum posts that involve their name with Cash Today or Cah2day4u. Here is the email that we received.
