Hi there everyone. Well, this may be the week it all happens. I should be getting my information from T&C and will be sending them their money as well as the paperwork that they need from me. I will contact my payday loan sharks to let them know what's going on (is it better to contact the local office which I deal with or their corporate offices?). I am so nervous and am constantly having nightmares about this (not sleeping well obviously). I will of course stop payment on my checks so they can't try to cash them.

Hi everyone, Recently, while still living up in the South Shore area of Boston, I spoke proudly of being a student loan collector. Why? Because I felt a sense of purpose in keeping educational funding circulating. I have since moved to Pensacola and taken a new collections job in close proximity to my new home. Collecting credit cards, bank crads, medical bills, and worst of all payday loans. I hate it. I feel no passion or purposefulness slapping people on the wrist for overspending, and as far as payday loans go, I just flat out hate it.

I have unpaid payday loans in Kansas and Missouri, can I be prosecuted for these checks that they sent in to the bank and returned non sufficient funds? Also will someone please send me the phone# for Town & Country? Thank you!

I have been paying Asset Acceptance $10/month (which is all I can afford) and they are cashing my checks but not acknowledging my payments. They continue to send me bills that are higher and higher each month. I am now up to $2913.57 from an originally $1400 bill. I don't know what to do, and I want to stop sending them money because they are not even acknowledging in these bills that I am paying them. :roll:

I am a full time college student, mother and wife. I am having a hard time paying off my credit card. How can I pay it off? Also on top of my problems I am planning on getting a car as well. Hi, I filed a chapter 13 a few years ago that was discharged after 1 year because our atty failed to file our payment modification plan. (we were never able to find our atty since!) My question is does the statute of limitations for the credit card debt start over again? Thank you, Oh, I live in CA.

Hey does anyone have a phone number for Rio Resources or advice on what to do. They are debiting $30 every two weeks out of my account and I have no idea what this is for. My bank has no contact number either. :evil:
