Business funding loans nowadays finding difficulty to be availed from banks and NBFCs. Credit score issues and poor business credit history and many other factors restricting the sanctioning of these business funding loans. However, Private Lenders give flexible options in terms of repayment duration, processing time etc. But the interest rate in Private Lenders is little higher than with the banks and NBFCs.

I have a question. Does 1 late payment get treated same as making 2 late payments? I mean in terms of credit report an score. Does it impact much? Actually I could not make the minimum payment on a credit card last month and this also it's a bit difficult. But I think surely clear everything in the coming month.

I took a small payday loan out at an Oregon ACE in the 2015-2016 timeframe. There are ACEs in my area of WA but they were included in a bankruptcy back in 2014 and would not allow me to reloan without paying the $700 plus interest and penalties even though they did not attend my 431 hearing and my case was discharged in full as of Feb 2015. Started receiving calls from debt collector CDR in 2016 never talked to them called several times with a case number this year 1 of those times they claimed to be the IRS but used the same case number.....

a debt appeared on my CR Aug 2018 Midwest Recovery Systems $611 for original debtor Cashnet. This is an old debt that has been sold several times. I disputed with CRA and they said it is my debt. I believe the SOL for payday loans in Missouri is 5-6 years. This debt is from 2010. Never contacted by Midwest, how do I get removed from CR, is that even an option?

What is meant by delinquency? When will I be termed delinquent?

Hello guys, How is it going? I got married a few years ago. We bought a new house through mortgages and it was really a dream come true moment for me. Is it possible to file bankruptcy just to get rid of unsecured debts? This is because the home loan is quite manageable but facing problem with the credit card debt

Will the SOL period start all over again if I move from one state to another, if the SOL on the debt is different? I have a bit confusion about this, so thought of clearing my doubts.
