i HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN WITH ONE CLICK CASH HOW DO I GET THEM NOT TO CALL MY WORK. I ALREADY CLOSED OUT MY ACCOUNT.

I have 6 payday loans, that were all online loans. The lenders are: loan point usa nationwide cash pay day max NOU 500 Fast cash I live in iowa, the interest alone every 2 weeks is $716. It is just killing me. Does anyone know of any sloutions to help get me out of this mess? Thank you for your help

I reside in New York and I requested a loan from Western Sky on two different occassions. Once in December of 2011 in the amount of $2,600 and again in April of 2012 in the amount of $2,600. After reading about Western Sky on this site I decided to send to file a compaint with the BBB and the FTC and Credit Bearua. Yesterday I received an e-mail from the BBB stating Western Sky would not respond to their calls. So I finally decided to send W.S. an e-mail revoking my ACH debt and I also fowarded a copy to Cash Call.

After 18 years they tell me I have not paid my annual fee bill for the years '94, '95, and '96. I am certain I did, but by now those records are long gone. What legal rights do I have?

Keith Brong calls my mother repeatedly stating she should go to the bank and send them 25,000.00. She is 87 years old, and the stress of his phone calls have affected her health, and quality of life. THERE IS NO PROOF THAT SHE OWES THE MONEY! I believe the person responsible may be my nephew, so they should go after him and his parents for any money they maybe due. Isn't there a federal law against the harassment of the elderly? I plan to file suit against Central Credit Services and Keith Brong, if he does not stop calling and harassing my mother.

why are they allowed to keep harassing people

I had a payday loan from Paradise Cash Advance in 2009 that after I stopped the ACH I finally got the chance to pay the debt off. I was getting calls at work and before the agreement to pay off I told them to stop calling my work. They said they wee not in the US therefore the laws do not apply to them. I wanted to honor my debt. The collections department (supposedly) took two payments by my debit card and they would never send me a PIF. Now I am getting collections calls on this debt. Paradise was an offshore company and the interest rate made the debt illegal.

do I need to send a letter to my employer so the payday loan companies won't garnish my paycheck?
