There wasn't one Now I can not email Robert or Reema what has happened to them, and my refinance. Robert promise me in Aug. that I would not have to do anymore Payday loans to carry me. Now I can not get any more and All my check is going to paydayloans, I am a disabled Widower with a Mentally Challenged Son and need help.

What if I have debts that have gone over to collection agencies

Does a collection agency get a bigger commission at the end of the year for all collections they receive? They seem to be getting more aggressive the closer to the end of the year it gets.

Does credit card consolidation hurt your credit in any way?

time barred debt I have received notice from a collection agency that they intend to attempt to collect a debt which is time barred. I want them to stop calling me, how do I do this. I have read that if i aknowledge the debt, the file is re opened and eligible to begin collection proceedings as a new debt. how do I stop the phone calls and keep the debt time barred?

I received a letter today from asset acceptance llc / Tate & Kirlin Associates claiming I owe over $400 for a debt from 1987. They could not tell me whom I owe but did offer to reduce the debt to $184 if I would pay it over the phone. On all my credit reports, up to last year, this debt was never listed. The whole thing sounded fishy but I was unsure.

Why is filing bankruptcy generally opposed? Will consolidation affect my credit ratings if it is chosen?
