I was having problems reaching that AIP cash loan company and thanks to this site I was able to reach them, and they did return my call. this is a great forum

I finally had enough with the collection calls and asked for help. :D I am ready to get the credit card demons off our backs and get rid of them permantly.

Mortgage denied based on fraudulent collection accounts. Have sent proof of residence, ID, and police report to equifax, trans union, and experian. But still these accounts appear on file as unpaid debt and charged off with a match of birthdate and former address and social security number. When asked why do they reappear each credit bureau states because all information matches, of course they match my ID is being used to establish bogus accounts. I have even filed a complaint with FTC and still no resolution. At this point I am frustrated and confused what am I doing wrong? What can I do?

I live in the state of Florida and that is where the debt occurred (hospital). Can this attorney legally collect this debt? Thanks for any help.
