I doubt the business operations of MBNA. They are one of those companies that does not pen down the agreement deed clearly. They keep tones of hidden charges on all the credit accounts. Suppose, if you use their credit line and due to some reasons, you miss your payments, you get a $200 extra charge and the interest will tower up to maximum of 59% in that month. This does not give a happy feeling to do business with such companies.

What are your fees for debt consolidating for debt of $63000.00

It didn't say anything about going to court but it says that I need to contact the lawer in 20 days? What do I do? Will I have to go to court. This is for a Credit card and the balance is 1700.00. What can they do to me I have no money I am on Dissability I don't own anything in my name? Can I go to jail. What do I need to do now I'm worried.

I applied for a student loan. It is sanctioned but I haven't yet received the credit. I have to buy my books this by next week. I have to pay my tuition fees also. What to do? I am confused. Please suggest.

I have not taken a loan from Cash Today Ltd. but they picked up all my info from the web and consistently call both work and home. Also does anyone know when the ACH Debit comes from your account what is the name? For the past two weeks I have had an ACH Debit of $52.00 taken from my account each Friday name name is ACH Debit PD/Whistler. I do not have any payday loans at this time and it just seems funny that since they started contacting me leaving messages that I have been approved that I am having this unauthorized unknown amount debited each week.

I have two accounts (that were originally with dell financial) that have been passed around and around. Oxford Management has it now. I wrote and asked for validation on August 23. The letter was a copy of a validation letter posted in this group---asking everything legit. I get a letter back from them today. Enclosed please find verification of the debt regarding the above mentioned claim. very truly yours--blah blah blah the next page--has the two account numbers with 6 months of payments that were made on each in 2003. a six month payment history-in other words. thats it.
