I have two accounts (that were originally with dell financial) that have been passed around and around. Oxford Management has it now. I wrote and asked for validation on August 23. The letter was a copy of a validation letter posted in this group---asking everything legit. I get a letter back from them today. Enclosed please find verification of the debt regarding the above mentioned claim. very truly yours--blah blah blah the next page--has the two account numbers with 6 months of payments that were made on each in 2003. a six month payment history-in other words. thats it.

I've been threatened with an arrest warrant if I don't pay by 10AM today. This stems from a payday loan (bad choice on my part)and a closed checking account as a result of too many unknown debits. I want to pay but the company refuses to accept anything short of the full demand amount nor will they arrange payment terms. Can they really go to the Sheriff, file an affidavit and have a warrant issued for me as a result of an unpaid ACH?

i can undrstd yr grievences abt the calls. nxt time u get a call u say any of foll. u worked in the company fr less then 3 months. or say u dont get paid by direct deposit or u say that u r self employed. they will say they cant gv u the loan and will burn the cal (rem. u frm system) but let me tell u the person calling u is also helpless. its the sys.
