How do I get a Payday loan from FSM Group Inc. A freind of mine got one and I would like find how I can get one too.

my last payment on a lot in palm bay FL.was in 1997.the company went bankcrupt and i have not heard from them.in 2005 i am now being sued for money owed on the mortgage plus interest.can i use a expired SOL letter

this collection agency garnish two years of state taxes if i win the case do they have to return the collected money or is there court papers i need to file to recieve them

Will using a debt consolidation affect my credit?

Okay--I wrote the below post a little while back. since then, I have wrote the company and explained my situation--asked that they remove this from my credit report. They wrote me back stating that I didn't give them enough info and that they need more info from me. They also said that they need a copy of my credit report. I need help in understanding whent he clock starts on the 7 year mark. My date of last activity was 11/97 on a old credit report with the original creditor. Now a collection agency is claiming they purchased this debt and they say this debt will now stay on my credit report from the date they acquired the account which is April 2001. Hi My brother is in Japan and lost his wallet with his student ID and C. Cards. Some are my cards that I had the C. Card company issue another with his name on it. I have cancelled all the cards and nobody has spent anything unauuthorized but I was wondering if there are any steps to take against ID theft. Does this open my bro up to ID theft?

I got in over my head with a loan from my cash now. Of course I now know better. However I had to close the checking account I had. I still owe them $820. I have received no communication from them via mail since I defaulted. However today a person called me and said if I can't pay at least $410 by today (the total I now owe is $1708.19) then because I commited fraud they will be doing something at 3pm today (they didn't say what it was).

I'm looking to get a loan of about 4k to consolidate all of my debt. This would clear my report of all collections. Where should i look for a loan?
