I received a phone call from a man stating his name is Dan Kelley and he was from a firm called Jackson, Greenberg, and assoc. He was calling in regards to a loan that I had taken out from Vista Holdings (which is true, I did take a loan from them. I stopped payments because I then researched the company and found nothing but that they scam you?). So, upon researching his law firm, I cannot find anything. When I search the number, nothing. He said that if I set up payments, we can settle out of court.

I am in California and was paying on a credit card debt from 2002 to 2010. First on my own and then through Take Charge America and then on my own. I moved in Dec. of 2010 and have not heard from the company in a year and a half. Just a few days ago I get a letter from another collection company wanting to settle ,etc. I would like to know what to write them back.
