I received the letter from PRA on 8/14. They are trying to collect the debt from 15 years ago. Same time I'm receving many calls from now which I never answer them. I'm planning to send the SOL Expirty letter. Now I'm in Washington but the state that I opened the account was back in California. Lastly, even on the letter I got from them said The law limits how long you can be sued on a debt and how long a debt can appear on your credit report. Due to the age of this debt, we will not sue you for it or report payment or non-payment of it to a credit buareu.

I want to increase my credit score. One of my friends suggested to take put 2-3 cards as it can help improve score. Will I do it? is it safe to do so or there are any loopholes

Is there any way to cancel it if I have cosigned on a loan?

I have 2 credit cards. The first one is Barclays and the other one is American Express. The outstanding balance on the first card is $1500 and the second card is $3500. I won't be able to make minimum monthly payments on both the card next month. So give me suggestion. Shall I skip payment on the Barclays or the American Express? Which one will affect my credit score less?
