I was wondering what credit card this is for. I'm having a hard time finding someone that can answer this question. I am charged monthly for this card and I would like to know what I am paying.

hello I am 180 days behind with Discover. They send me an attorney pending until jun 31, 2012. I logged in to the card member assistance website, but it says i can't view this page. I called the virtual team, the number i saw on the website. The lady i spoke to, said I am not eligible to settlements because my dept its relatively new, and its not old,i guess i needed to reach 210 days? and that they are having an attorney put on my account. etc. I said i would like to settle, she denied.

I'm not saying I don't owe this debt. I'm certain I do. However, my Verizon bill was taken off of my credit report, so I assumed that it had been dropped. And then I got a call from MCM, claiming they had the Verizon account and wanted to settle. But the person spoke broken English at best, and kept pushing and pushing me to try and settle, in spite of my telling him I can barely afford to eat, let alone pay off a debt. (Hence why it hasn't been paid off sooner.) I don't know what to do, exactly.

I was in business in Coldwater, MI in the mid nineties and have not been in business for 16 years. Palisades Collection is coming after me for 3 grand and I do not know what this is for. I was told by my lawyer to ignore the calls because the Statue of Limitations is long past. I don't want to have them come after me and didn't keep documents of when I went into business. What can I do. Should I call the County of Branch and see when I went into business? I don;t know if I reported going out of business and if I had to.

My husband and I are about to file bankruptcy and have 2 payday loans off the internet. Should we not pay them? Can they come after us?

Afni listed items on my credit report that i filed bankruptcy on..These items were listed years after i filed and listed as if they were new debt when in fact they couldn't have been..What can i do about this?

I checked my credit report and on it is a thing for LVNV for $1800 it says it started on 9 of 2011.... I have not done anything with trying to get credit or anything since like 2008.. and I have no idea what this is. HELP!!

I live in WA state and have found that the companies I am dealing with do not comply with WA PDL laws. I also don't believe any of them are licenced but can you please confirm? I've already contacted my bank to stop any future ACH debits and have opened a new account that I will start using ASAP.
