Am being sued by Legal Recovery Law Office Mark Walsh. I can only find out that this debt has been sold many times and now Mark Walsh has said he served papers on my mortgage co. for all info on me including bank info. I am on a fixed income and have direct deposit from so.sec. can he attach my present deposits and all future deposits without my knowledge? The only way to pay my mortgage is through my income deposits. the amt. he is seeking is outrageous compared to the supposedly amt due.

So its been a few days since I have been harrassed and I need to tell everyone file those complaints I just got a call from the FTC regarding both entities and I need people to keep filing they are not legal and they way they harrass people is crazy. I know the FTC investigates class action things lets' see if we can ge the illegal payday lenders off the circuit. I knwo there will always be someone to take their place but lets give them a run for it.

is a debt judgement valid if there was NO SERVICE SUMMON made to me?

I had received a letter from AI stating that wage garnishment will be put into place for a student loan. I tried to contact them because i can't afford the 15% they said they are allowed to take from my pay and try to set up a payment plan. AI wanted my "card" information to post date a payment, and names and #'s of "references" just in case i move. I do owe this debt of my student loan and had made payment arrangements through the state. AI is now calling my work and cell # EVERY day but i don't answer. What is the best course of action? I know that student loans get recouped regardless....

How do I remove a Unlicensed Pay Day Lender off my Credit Report. Are they able to do this?

ok so in 2004 i attended sequoia inst. for auto mechanics 4mo. into the class i had a test for a final grade in my engines class( which was to pressure test a coolant system. i went to the tool coral( where the school is suppose to check out tools and return when finished) and i tried to check out a pressure tester. I was told that a student(not me!) did not return it. therefore i failed my test.:mad: 4500 students and only one tester?! then a mo. after that Corinthians the owner of the school decided to change change the name from SEQUOIA to WYOTECH keep in mind i still had about 9mo. left.

I recieved a summons from Capitol One stating that I was being sued for non-payment of a credit card. I am a military dependant who's spouse has been deployed off and on for the last three and a half years. And my son is Autistic, so having a job has been impossible for me. Can Military Legal help me? oh and we only recently moved to Wa. from Ga. does that make a difference for the lawsuit?

how do i know if my payday loan is legal in pa?

My 13 year old son was home yesterday and someone came to the door and handed him a summons for me from the Superior Court. There is no court numbers on it just a summons that they are requesting relief etc. What are my next steps? And is it legal to hand it to a 13 year old and say "make sure so and so get's this?"
