Is Allied Interstate allowed to call me at work and harrass me? They are constantly calling me at work and I have requested them not to call me at my place of emplyment. What can I do to stop them from calling me at work?

What is the law in Texas regarding pdl. My husband was laid off so we took out pdl against my paycheck to paybills. We have 6 of them and now it seems my paycheck is going directly to paying them off and we are ODing our account to pay on our other bills. I have a loan, and the company that has it keeps calling a telephone number that I did not give them as they called it on a "reference sheet". I have asked them numerous times not to call this telephone number and this company keeps calling it to contact me. How can I get them to stop. I have threatend them with a complaint with the Attorney General's office. They claim that I do not call them back in a timely fashion.

Since I have revoked ach debits, I am starting to get some calls. I sent my emails to the BBB, FTC and Attorney General. Well, for American Web Loan at least, it worked! My loan was $600 and I had paid $360 when I had closed my account. I wanted to work out payments for the remaining $240. The letter from the BBB did it! Ashley the supervisor called to work out something - I will pay $100 this pay, and $140 the next pay. She said that once I pay the $140, she will send me a pid via email.

I never received any letters from them, but i did get some calls, early in the morning which i ignored.When i checked my voice mail all i would get was this message "This is AMO recoveries with a message for (My name) If you are (My name) please press 1..." Well we all know what happens when you press 1 on a voice mail call.

I received a call from a Mr. Garza at PDLR stating they were processing a wage garnishment against me for a loan i allegedly took out at United Cash Loans. His phone number is 877-258-1108 ext 1160.These people are scam artists do not give them any money.Interesting that when I try to call them they don't answer but send it right to voice mail. Cowards.
