I have 7 PDLs. I live in NJ. I have closed my account and sent the ACH revocation letters. I have intentions to file complaints with the BBB, Attorney General, and FTC in the next few days. I sent emails out Monday night and certified letters yesterday (to all my loan places except MyCashNow, which the email kept bouncing back - now I have sent to a new email address and am sending the letter via registered mail to Canada today.) I have gotten responses from 2 so far.

I have a Bank of America account that was charged off. It is currently with their internal recoveries department, but the payments are still pretty unmanageable for me. If I can't make a payment they said they will have to send it out to collections. Would I be better off that way? Settlement is not an option because there is no way I could come up with the cash.

Two months ago I was pulled over by the Police in Worcester MA. They told me that I was driving an unregestered uninsured car. In december I changed insurance companies and decided to mail in the paperwork to the RMV instead of going to a local branch. I didn't think anything of it as I had copies of the paperwork I mailed in in my glove compartment. Anyways the officer towed my car and I did the necessary steps to fix the issue with the RMV. Since my car needed repairs I contacted the company that towed my car and signed a paper for the $1200 in costs for the repair work.

I have a business line of credit I am trying to negotiate out of at Wells Fargo. I also have a business checking account there. Wells Fargo said they can take money out of my checking account to pay my business line. Is this true?

can anyone provide me a legitamit debt consolidating company?

i fell into the payday loan trap a few months ago and have been trying to clean up my mess. i have been able to contact most of the companies i borrowed money from and have paid off my outstanding debts. the one company i can not seem to settle with is titan group llc. everytime i call they tell me that they have sent my debt to a collection agency but they refuse to give me the name/phone number of the company. i just want to get this damn thing paid off. they are super rude and have told me that i should not have stolen their money!
