I was wanting to know why I went through a settlement with this company and now i have been sent to another company for collections and now i cannot reach you by phone.

I have been receiving phone calls from First Captiol Recovery collections. This is in result from closing my bank acct, and not letting Sagamore debit my account. I have requested 3 times, that they send me a validation letter, and they have not complied. Should I assume this company is not legitimate? I cannot find any information on them on the internet. Thanks for you help

Even after receiving the following letter that I sent certified mail...they received it last week: Re: Cash Direct Express (GECC) alleged debt May 2, 2011 Mr. Dwyer and Mr. Sanchez, I received Mr. Dwyer’s collection letter dated April 7, 2011 on April 12, 2011, and Mr. Sanchez’s collection letter dated April 25, 2011 on April 29, 2011.

I called NWA today because made an agreement to pay debt in installments every month. Called today and said I would not have the amount for this month, the rep on phone says that we have been trying to call this number forever, and do you know a Jeremy somebody. Said I did not? I am calling to talk about my account. Kept badgering me? What should I do if he tries to contact my employer.

I have been divorced since oct 2007. I was granted the house that my children and myself now live in. He signed over his half of house and wavied any rights to the house in Jan 2008. April 2008, while I was on vacation with my son, I recieved phone call from an attorney about some liens that are being placed on the house. I had no knowledge of anything and I always pay my cc bills each month in full. My x husband had owed them money. I told the attorney that he had signed over his half of the house and that he was speaking to the wrong person.

i never got a certified letter stating that a court case was filed, i had no idea... they sendt me a copy of a judgement against me for a credit card i never had, they say the card was issued in 1993 and 2 pmts were made on it,,,what can i do now?

I receive calls from this number daily like the other it's a man with a very thick accent. I have finally been able to understand the phone number that I was to call back but he told me his superior officer was busy he would call back in 15 minutes I have told him that my social security card was stolen and if I actually owed them money to please send me something in the mail and if it was my debt I would pay it.

Hi I have alot of payday loans quite a few on line and I will try to take care of them the way that you suggested. My questions are as follows: How do you find out if they are legal in your state or not? I am in Texas. Also, I have some loans through store fronts that require you to give them a check from your account. I am late on my payments from this last week. If they try to run those checks through my accounts they will be returned. Can they sue me for Hot Checks or theft by check? I am drowning and don't know what to do. Please help. thanks KountrySue

Hello I hope you would help me figure out a situation about a wage garnishment that was just placed upon me. I found this out when I went to cash my check which I recieved on may 5th. It wasn't until the 6th that I recieved notice by mail which was postmarked the 5th. The same people garnishing my wages also have a lein on my car. hat are the legals on this? it just doesn't seem right over $480.
