Wondering is there is a way of consolidating collection accounts after a bad divorce and low income? 3 acounts in collections and one Charge off, totaling less than 9,000

I have an original loan with Mobiloans for $1000.00 on November 2016. I made their bi weekly payments then borrowed $600 on January 2017 using their line of credit (I had paid down my original loan to $900). Continued making their biweekly payments and then borrowed two other times for $200 each on April and then June (I had paid down original loan to $1300 both times so when I borrowed again it went back up to $1500). From their last statement I have paid $1238.75 on fees and just recently made a payment for $123 before finding out it is illegal in the state of California.

It has been 10 years. Still, there is a credit card account on my credit report. Why is that so?

I recently received a validation letter along with copies of charges from the actual debtor (union dues). I no longer work for the district (since March 17th). Also, Michigan is a right to work state, which means workers are not required to pay union dues. Although we can opt out, we were not given that option by our immediate union. Please advise.

I had a payday loan through Spotloan last year. Paid almost all of it but didn't accept my agreement to pay back principal. All of a sudden a person called and said that she's from a collection agency and that she will have charges filed against me in my County if I do not pay all of it and a lot of interest beings. It's an illegal payday loan and I don't believe she said where she was from but my caller ID said Oracle Financial. She calls from a number from my state but the number I'm supposed to call back is a number in Florida.
