The voicemail stated that the person on the phone was investigator frasier and that a complaint was sent to her office against me attached to my name and the last 4 of my social, and that it was under review. She said that "they" requested that she file with my county clerk office, and in order to remove my name and social I need to contact her back at this number before 5pm or she would move forward.

I received this e-mail yesterday and not sure what to do. Call or e-mail me regarding your defaulted loan. Our Legal dept is filing a Civil Judgment against you in County Court for Fraud. We have tried several times to contact you and all correspondence was ignored. A great offer was made to settle this with monthly payments until it was paid in full, and that too was ignored.

I just received an e-mail from an Attorney Ricky Christy stating that I took out a payday loan from FSM group and it was a 350 loan that is now 1000. He is very rude telling me that payment has to be made today and that my checking account had closed and that is check fraud. He told me that I will be blacklisted and never work in the usa again. This is the 1st time that I have received and email from them since 2006....what should I do??

Has anyone had any luck settling a deficiancy after a short selling a car, boat, rv,etc? I have a boat loan that i owe about 15k more than what its worth. The bank has agreed to let me out of the loan but they are going to bill me for the difference I owe and put it in a 10 year note at 7% once I sell the boat? Has anyone ever settled a balance like this after a short sale was completed? If so at what percent did you settle the difference for?

I have an outstanding loan with Check ngo. I have been working with them but so far we have not agreed on a payment plan. They have now threatened me that within 10 days they will report me to Certegy. While I did have a loan with them, I have never given them a check. Can they report me to Certegy if I have never written them a check? Thanks to all who can answer this.

i just found out that mrc recievables has a judgement against however i just found out that someone has stolen my social security number and use it towards getting credit cards now collecction agencies are calling me all the time can u help me

I have relocated from Virginia to Florida since 08/2008. I am a full time student and not financially sound currently. I owed dell computers credit card debt of about $1,600.00 since 2008 and because I have not been working, I told dell about my financial situation and the reason for defaulting my payments. Dell has added interest to up to $2,400.00. I have just received a call from my former address in Virginia regarding a court appearance on 4/26/11. Since I've been a FLorida resident since Sept. 2008. What must I do? I even have my final semester exams in the week of the court date.
