I have this judgement on my credit! It is stopping me from purchasing a home! Don't know who the original debt is!

I want to know if you pay every month of 2010 and 2011 too because bank of america call me and they said tha i have to pay the last 3 months of 2010 the account is ** ** thanks personal info removed - Jason

I received a call from MCM stating I owe a debt. I explain to MCM that I was paying that debt already to a different collection agency. MCM stated they bought the account from them. I then ask how come on my phone their number is shown as unknow? Why they haven't left me any voice mail? Why I haven't received any statement in the mail from them? Their respond was there calling from a computer line instead of land line. MCM said yes they haven't left me any voice mail. At first MCM wanted me to make a payment over the phone but after hearing me out.

I am in California, I applied for a loan w/United Cash Loans and noticed they're taking out more money than they are suppose to take out.I tried to talk to supervisor, however the woman blew me off. I noticed that they're under investigation is this true, and if so what could I do?

Just before Xmas of 2010 a debt collector started calling me based in Florida ... After a few calls I decided to call them back and found out what account it might have been about. I havent had this account in years and it is not on my credit report. I do have old debt that i have taken care of in the past by settlements but I thought i was done. I have some old credit card statements of the mentioned account so i called the original debtor and asked if I owed anything to them - or was it charged off. They said NO ACCOUNT in that name...

Ok a year ago I get a call about a payday loan from a collection agency, company was money and more. I say to them I never took a loan from them. I send these collectors a letter asking for a debt validation notice none was provided. In the mean time I ck my records and money and more had deposited money in my account. My account was never closed and I never requested the loan but they never debited me. So fast forward to today I get a call from a Stephen Taylor united arbitration processing services 919 408 7049, stating they have a pending lawsuit against me. What do I do??????

I have several payday loans that I have not been able to pay off since last March, I am trying to get in touch with a debt consolidation place that specializes in Payday loans but until then I dont know what to do, I have recently been receiving collections letters and just recently received a letter from a law firm for Think Cash. I have several walk in loans and a few internet ones is there a way to find out what ones are legit and also what to do if I get served with paperwork? Thanks

Hello I have about 6 unpaid Payday Loans from last March, I am trying to work with a debt consolidation place that specializes in Payday loans but I am afraid of what will happen if I get served with paperwork before I can get this done. If I am served with Civil court paperwork what do I do?
