I have several internet payday loans and will be starting the process of closing my bank acct to start working out payment plan with these lenders. What i'm not sure of is the lenders that are not legal in my state. I am struggling with Target National Bank, the law firm working for them is CIR, I have a summons in hand they wont budge from 50% I offered them 35% they say no and did not counter should I am cutting it close I have to borrow the money already anybody have any helpful tactics???

In ohio 2 store fronts i can not pay any morew first choice i owe 700 due friday, the other is advance america for 501. What will happen to me they both told me if i do no pay them they are getting me on writing a bad check . Is that true or a scare tactic two years ago i was in the same boat it went to a collection company and i paid them off is it still the same please do not need to go to court . Todd

Dealing with creiditiors interchange they told me to do a post dated check ach it did not clear they are telling me i am in big trouble now because it bounced. I looked on line i think ohio law is a post dated check is not considered a bad che3ck please advise. I do not want to go to jail over 150.00

Husband has a judgement against him which they garnished our bank account. When the account was garnished there was a negative balance and a 30 day freeze was put on the account. They never received their money and the bank has since closed the account on us. in the meantime we have received a settlement letter from a different company saying they own the account. How can this account go through a garnishment and also receive settlement letters? I am sending a DV letter to the new company but don't know what good it will do. Now what happens to the judgement?

I live in New Jersey and I am struggling with internet payday loan companies. I just defaulted on them this past Friday. I never have money they take it all! I am trying to find out if they are legal in New Jersey with the fees and interests they charge can I do something because I have paid the principles more than once. Some of them are in De. and they are charging me their fees and rates is that legal and one of them seem like they are in a whole different country. I don't know what to do I am at my wits end but I am tired of being broke please help me!:confused:
