They call 6-12 times a day when I got Mark on phonde asked who debt is owed, a fax number and address he h ung up on me three times.

This jerk harassed me 6-12 times a day. I called him and asked him for a fax number and an address he would not give it to me and berated me said I was a deadbeat that needed to pay his bills. I have been unemployed since June 15 2009 and my wife and I are trying to put food on the table and keep one car and house. I made 140K in 2008-2009. He said if I didn't pay their Bahamas division would garnish any tax refunds through IRS and garnish my social security. I would love to see him eye to eye I am an ex-marine and have always treated people with respect. Mark Collins needs to go to jail.

I know when I joined my consolidation company, I agreed not to open any new credit lines while in the plan. Does that include cell phone plans? Hello, I have 5 credit cards. Ive been maintaining amazing credit score for all the years i owned credit cards. But I lost my job, im a full time student and there is nothing I can do about getting my credit cards paid off. I owe 14,000$ all together on 5 cards. I want to file for debt settlement. But how much can they settle for? Paying off $6000 will be just as hard. At a moment i barely survive. I do not have income at all and been out looking for a job for over a month.What will happen to my credit score? How long does it stay on your credit report? What are my options. Please help!

i just recently attempted to consulidate my credit cards for the amount of 20,000 dollars,,,the bank found that i was late a couple of times on paying my house payment,,,,it was maybe 3 to 4 days late and i was turned down for a loan,,how trivial,,its not like i didnt pay,,can anyone tell me of a financial institution i can get a loan,,i have excellent credit,with the exception of them couple late payments

Two weeks ago I received a summons in the mail from Zwicker. I already had a settlement with them from corporate and monthly payments were going to automatically be with drawn from my account. I filed my "answer" the next day. At the same time, my first payment was posted as "pending." Yesterday, I recieved another copy of the summons affixed to my front door. Do I need to file another "answer?"
