Student Loan Help!!

I need some help, my boyfriend attended a college for one year and had to take out a student loan to pay for his full tuition. At the time his parents told him not to worry that they would help him pay it back, shortly after he signed for the loan his parents had financial problems and were and still are unable to help him with any of the payments. His loan went to sallie mae about a year or two ago and he has been filling out deferment or foreberance papers for awhile.

Indiana internet loan

Back in 2008 I had 5 payday internet loans. I paid off 3 of them and before the payments came due on my other 2, a debit card charge for airline tickets to Germany showed up on my account. Needless to say, my bank closed my account and gave me a new debit card and checking account. One of the loan companies called me by phone and I was able to pay off that loan with no penalty for the delay.

Paying off Judgement (Asset Acceptance)

I plan on spending this year cleaning up my credit and getting out of debt. The biggest thing I have on my credit report is a judgement from good ol' Asset Acceptance. Now, they've been sending me letters alternating between a settlement for about 60% off (around $1200) and monthly payments (about $199 per month). Usually when they offer me the settlement, I never have the money available to take their deal on it. I can easily cover the $199 per month though. What would be the best way to take care of this?

takhar group?

I wasn't answering the phone when they called because since I'm 12 I'll just tell my parents that some guy wants to talk with you guys because of some urgent matter... but before I told them they called like 5 times and left the same message over and over again, so I got a pretty good idea of what he was saying, and so I got suspicious when he didn't name anybody. Which was kinda odd to me... then i decided to look it up, and the first suggestion on google when i typed takhar group was the words takhar group scam.. "aha!" i thought.

Garnishment process

Hi, we had a shady contractor that never paid the excavator approx 10K. We ended up having to pay, and placed a judgement against the contractor. Now the contractor has a new job and we would like to take action. We contacted a lawyer and he said we could go about this matter without an attorney. He said we could issue him a letter of notice that if he doesn't satisfy the debt we will contact his employer to garnish wages. We live in a state that garnishes wages.

About A Year Away From Mortgage Loan

I figure I am about a year away from wanting a mortgage. Currently, my credit has improved but it is still not what I want. About a year ago I was able to get a car loan. Six months ago I got 2 credit cards. I have handled these accounts perfectly. My student loans are also current, though balances are higher than I'd like. I do have 4 collections appearing. They are all several years old (2 tied to a bank account, 1 to a Gym account, and the other under dispute). I guess my question involves a good strategy to start getting ready. Is there any way to remove these collections?

I went to court on Oct for a ticket that was dropped , however there was a 25.00 ticket drop fee? I couldn't pay that because I am in the worst financial situation I have ever been and in the process of getting on disability. Until then I have no income. Today I got a bill from them for $325.00. No way can I pay this. I tried to call them and see if I can do something. Instead the lady starts to threaten my bank account, my drivers license and tells me there is nothing I can do but pay the bill and to get the money from a family member at this point I hung up.
