I have an old hospital bill from 2005, I was making $100 a months to a collections agency and feel behind. As soon as I got behind they were not willing to work with me and send it to an attorney threatining to garnish my wages. I was trying to work out a pymt arrangment with the attorney but didn't make enough money. I'm a full time student and only work part time. About 1 yr after the attorney contacted me and my wges have only been garnished once. Well the point is tax time is coming up, I claim my daughter and as a working student mom I really need themoney.

I don't know if anyone can help but I hope so. I am a single mother in Texas that got laid off. I made the stupid mistake of getting 3 payday loans which I paid until I lost my unemployment by appeal at the beginning of Dec. At that point my chcecking acount spiraled out of control and they closed my account to prevent further charges. Since then, my phone has been blowing up and my friends are being harrassed to. I don't know what to do. Pack called my job today and told me they are filing crimal chrages.

I have been unemployed off and on over the past two years. During that time I struggled to keep afloat with living expenses. Over the two years I have had unpaid tickets and had to give my vehicle back to the bank. So I have accrued $8-10k in debt between 3 collection agencies. Having the collections to the county I live in keeps me from driving to and from work. I have called my bank and asked them about a Consolidation loan but they did not approve me because I had accounts in collections. This leads me to my question.

keep getting calls for another person. We've had our number for over 20 years and this person is unknown by us. When mcm was told they said it's not their fault our number is be given to them and continue to call us at all hours. This is not our debt and we'd like the calls to stop.

I have over payed kenwood services. My old computer crashed whcih stupid me lost all my payment information. I payed the 200.00 I borrowed and want to say that they also got over 200.00 in interest. I have other loans out but paying on them. Now I am scared have gotten calls from severl agencys. Today Signature Management phoned and to get them off my back told them that next week I would get a prepaid card and make 25.00 monthly. They are trying to collect 380.00. I live in NH.

My credit report was ran and no judgment liens showed on the report, however, when the bank that I am using ran a title search on me and the property that I am purchasing they found LVNV Funding and several other companies listed. Why would these show on a title search and not a credit report?

Good Afternoon, I am in a similiar situation as most everyone on this site. I have recieved a tremendous amount of support and help on a Pay Day loan situation that I am slowly working through, I hope this site can offer some advice on my issue. I have four credit cards varying in balances from 600 to 11,000. I have not maid a payment in three months, simply because I can not afford too. I tried consolidation, but the two offers I recieved I couldn't afford (480, 520 monthly respectively).
