I missed my credit card payment last month. How much can my credit score drop due to this?

I have 5 credit cards. For past few months, it has become quite difficult for me to make payment on 2 cards. The interest rates are 19% and 22%. I want suggestion - Should I contact my creditor, explain my financial situation and negotiate for a repayment plan? Is it possible?

Received a call from an unknown number saying that she is calling because she needs me to sign legal documents and I need to make myself available between 12-5. I need a valid form of ID and a witness to sign off....and if they come to my place of employment ill need a supervisor or HR representative...If I wish to stop her actions she told me to call 315-292-6679... I googled the number and nothing came up... They also called my brother and I don't know how or why because I've never given his number out....Im freaking out....any insight? Legit? Should I call?
