I have 5 credit cards. For past few months, it has become quite difficult for me to make payment on 2 cards. The interest rates are 19% and 22%. I want suggestion - Should I contact my creditor, explain my financial situation and negotiate for a repayment plan? Is it possible?

I'm paying $1500 for three credit cards every month. And, this is the minimum monthly payment I'm speaking about. If I can pay $3000 extra every month, then I can pay off the debt by mid 2017. I googled the number and nothing came up... They also called my brother and I don't know how or why because I've never given his number out....Im freaking out....any insight? Legit? Should I call?

Last week I checked my credit report and found that one debt is listed by both the creditor and a collection agency. However, the outstanding balance and the default dates are different. I’m wondering how is that possible. Also, what should I do now?
