Just giving some people who don't know about this scam some insight. A few weeks ago I received a call from some woman saying they had a 'claim' in their office against me and needed to serve my some 'legal' papers or just to call the 'firm' back. Since it was an unavailable number, I didn't answer it and just listened to the voicemail. So I called the number back and some guy says that the 'claim' was from the infamous WS/CC account that I 'defaulted' on last year (I have well overpaid that account).

Has anyone made any headway with their Western Sky loan? I'm in Michigan, and I know my Attorney General filed a lawsuit, but I've heard nothing. I tried to contact the person from the AG's office that contacted me but haven't heard anything back. I defaulted on my Western Sky loan (which is really Cash Call) in June. I sent them all the letters and I get letters from them every month about settling the loan, lowering my payments, blah blah blah. I overpaid them by about $1000. Just wondering if there has been any news or updates about them. It if anyone has gotten pif letters.

Is it possible to garnish a tenant who has moved out voluntarily for rent owed. We have a situation, where we have served a tenant an N4 for rent owed for two months, and were about to serve an N8 to evict for regular late payment of rent, when we received 60 days notice that they were going to move out. We agreed to their date to move out, but they have since cut off all communication to discuss repayment of rent owed, or even arrangements to pick up the keys. Is it possible to garnish wages for the rent, after they have moved out?

I admit I had a lapse in judgement and was stupid. Now I'm taking control and getting rid of these scammers. However, I need a little advice. Here is what I have: Cash-Taxi $1190/$1487 pay back VIP Loan $500/ huge pay back Castle $500/ huge pay back I have let Cash-Taxi and VIP bounce to give me some time. I am going to stop the ACH at my bank and then send emails with my offer. Any other suggestions? Do I really need to close the bank account? None of these are licensed in TN as far as I can tell.

I have a loan with a company called my silver safe. I think they are "first west coast financial services" out of Canada. I checked out the BBB rating and they rate an "f". They also operate under atlas money on line and my quik loan.com. I have overpaid these people a huge amount of money over the course of 3 years. Loan total was $3,610.00 after I added all the deposits and they have debited my account over $10,000.00, and these figures are correct.

I've been getting calls threating charges against me. The callback numbers have been 877-253-8241 and 877-805-1029. They claim they are the Union Group but won't give me an address or location information. I ran the number through GOOGLE and didn't find anything but I did find some posts stating that the group is Allied Mediation and located in Williamsville, NY. I spoke with a consumer attorney who told me to find out their location so can file against them in federal court.

I just reported them to the FBI and BBB adn will do so with teh FTC once the Government re-opens. I am currently enrolled in a debt consolidation program adn 2 weeks ago a Mr. "Danny Taylor" called to say he was from ACS, Inc. and was hired as a 3rd party represetning one of my lenders. He said that this particular lender did not go through debt consolidation programs and I needed to settle outside of the program with him. I stupidly paid $600 and found out today via my debt consolidation program that they are a complete scam. I am beyond upset but have learned an important lesson!

I have been calls over and over from someone claiming there are charges against me and they are serving papers. They called my mom and brother and today my work. I Called 877-253-8241 and another number left on my VM 800-805-1029. I spoke to someone who wouldn't give me their last name and would only say they are located in Southern California. Claimed I owed on a payday loan from 2010.

My husband and I are stuck in a terrible pay day loan cycle we have been since may of this year. It all started with one pay day loan we desperately needed when we went out of town to visit our family. My husband is a firefighter/emt and I was up until a couple weeks ago a stay at home mom to 2young children. Due to our mistakes and not being able to pay for the first payday loan I had to get a night time part time job to help pay for our pay day loans and we are still struggling.

I was looking around this site and found this on the FAQ: I do not want my name posted on here and I don't think it's fair to post against customers. It is very fair. Customers need to be held to the same standard as businesses have been held to all of these years. You as the customer can rate businesses and give feedback about them via 100 networks on the web. Also remember, this is ultimately between you and the business owner. --- Very fair hmm? I think not.
