I keep getting calls from this number 216-644-1249 and when I call back voicemail is full and says to call back. they are calling my employer saying there is a warrant out for my arrest!! what do I need to do to get this to stop???

First, thanks for the great information I've found on this forum! I've been able to take care of loans I had with Plain Green and Mobiloans using advice on here. I borrowed $700 from Blue King and have paid $630. I emailed them, revoked my ACH, and have taken care of it with my bank. However, they've emailed me back saying they'd settle for $250 and if I didn't pay by Oct. 30th, I would owe $857 (original loan + interest). How should I respond to them? Any suggestions of how to word the email? I'm worried if I decline their offer,they'll come after me for the $857.

A long time ago I purchased a extended car warranty and made the down payment with a debit card from my TCF account. A couple of years ago that account was closed because of overdrafts. I have since traded in the car and was to get a prorated refund. The warranty place sent the refund to the cancelled debit card with TCF and not my current account. Will TCF keep the refund because I owe money or since the account has been closed for so long just reject it the transaction all together. Any ideas.

I had stop payment put on cashnetusa on 9/25/13 and today is 10/9/13 and my account is in the negative. Did I miss anything here? Did I do something wrong? Will my bank be held responsible, because at this point I just want to close down my account. Please help!

I have a loan with each of these ,companies and have already sent them ach revocation emails and have closed my bank account. I have also sent them a repayment plan via Western Union or money order. However, AMT has already sent an email stating they are under federal law not state law. (I live in Florida). My first question is how or do I respond to this. My second question, is what are the chances they will contact my employer. I really don't want to talk to my employer unless necessary.

So I finally got my Ameriloan pdl all cleared, logged into my Ameriloan account and it says paid in full. Now my only problem is Mobiloans. Sent letters to them with no reply but now when I log into my account it says "Your account is seriously past due. Please contact our Account Services Department at 877-891-7854 or by email at accountservices@mobiloans.com". But its shows a 0 balance, should I consider that pif or should I still persue it.

I have sent emails of ACH revocation to Blue King, Mobiloans, and Plain Green. I've also taken care of it at my bank where I found out that all three of the above had the same company ID for getting my money. Go figure! Plain Green has replied that my account is closed to further activity and that they won't be debiting my bank account further. I had overpaid the balance.

Morning All! Has anyone ever dealt with the company? Avant Credit I have a loan with them for $2000, with a finance charge of $1819 over a year and half. I'm thinking of approaching for a settlement to be done with it, but was just wondering if anyone had any experience with them. So far, I've made 2 payments for $212.17.

Nothing about my refund of course, but I am just relieved to be done with them. I am on cloud 9 to say the least. I just sent the letter to Great Plains Lending... should I expect the same from them since they are both tribal loans and I live in TN...

nsane. I DID have a cell phone with Tmobile about 4yrs ago. I DID terminate my contract early. (In my state they can only charge $150 for Early Termination of a Cell Phone Contract) Ok so they tell me today (after I see this 800-265-8825 has called me over 5x in the last 2 days .. I missed their calls.) I'm told I owe over a thousand dollars because of a debt to Tmobile. How can I owe over 1000 to a cell phone company?
