If my husband closed his bank account before the check could be submitted by the storefront pdl, could he be criminally charged for a hot check?

I have 4 payday loans. Easycash an Internet store owe 390.00 Cashmax Carrolton,tx owe 740.00 First Cash Advance Carrolton,tx owe 856.00 Payday Advance in Lewisville,Tx. Owe 798.00 Allof these include the fees but I just can't pay the fees on these anymore and need to know if these are licenced and what can do to get rid of these? Thanks,PC

So i had taken out a $300 loan with them in may and since than have been paying them $120 in interest every paycheck despite my attempts to call them and have them debit the total balance. So last week I filed a complaint with the BBB and the AG office as well as the Dept of Consumer affairs in Maine(the state I live in). I also copied all of those agencies on the complaint letter I sent to AMERILOAN. The only response I got back from AMERILOAN was from the complaint to the BBB saying the were going to look into the matter and get back to me.

I got in way over my head with a credit card and owed a little over 4.000. I had to quit my job to take care of my mother who has alzeimers and had no way of paying it back. My mother had a cd with app 5200.00 in it since I became her caretaker I also had to get power of attorney and in doing so her cd was put in my name also. Mann bracken has taken 4565.82 plus a 50.00 fee out of it this left an amount of 533.00 . this amount is now frozen and cannot be accessed my question is why I am sure the amount they took covered the debt so what right do they have to freeze the balance?

Hi I am hoping someone can give me a little advice or info. I wrote two checks to Publix a few months back. I had a check that was supposed to deposit it didnt which caused an issue in my account. I noticed the check had returned and contacted Publix three times and they kept saying they didnt have a check for me that returned. I called one more time but another location to see if they could check the computer as I did not want to get in trouble for not paying them etc. They pulled me up by the checking account number.
