Hi there. QUick question. When I send the email to the illegal payday lenders, does that usually take care of them if I have already paid them back what I owe? Do I have to pay the interest back to these companies or just the total of the loan? So if I took out a loan for 500.00 but the interest was 125.00 do I have to pay back the 500.00 or 625.00? Thanks

I have 7 PDL's I am in the state of Texas Advance America 1084.10 I have paid them at least 1,000 in fees Cash Store 1200 I have paid them 400 EZ Money 650 I have paid them 600 Check n Go 700 I have paid them 800 First Advance 650 I have paid them 300 These are all store front. Star Cash 300 paid at least 500 Sagamore 500 paid 200 Both are internet I need to know what to do they are due today and I am not sure if I should pay today and then start the process before they are due next time I do not know please help!!

I was served papers and I responded in general terms, my business of 17 years has been dead since 2008, no income . Iam asking is it to late for me too ask for Validation, also, in front of Judge can I ask for jury trial. Also, Cach,LLc is demanding I complete a Florida form 1.977 and return to their attorney within 45 days from the date of this final judgment. there was however no form attached. Thanks for any Help

I do not know how to get rid of the 7 payday loans I have. 2 are on the internet and 5 are store front I cannot keep up, PLEASE HELP!! I am in Texas and not sure what to do.

I defaulted on a legal (Speedy Cash) pay day loan back in 2008. In March of this year I was served with papers from their attorney. The complete amount owed included attorney's fees, the loan amount and the plaintiff cost. I signed a stipulated judgment agreeing to pay $50.00 a month.

I have had past problems with PDLs, but has been over a year since I closed my bank account and settled with several companies. I was just at our local grocery store, and wrote a check, gave me them my drivers license, and they told me that they could not accept my check because I was on the NCN bad check list. I have written 100's of checks to this store in the past 20 years, and have never had a problem... They gave me an 1-800 # to call NCN, so I did immediately.
