I am currently residing in the state of South Carolina on March 29, 2013 I recieved a interent loan from Cash In A Wink of $300.00 dollars to date I have paid $517.00 dollars. On the 30th June 2013 I informed Cash In A Wink that I have already paid what I borrowed however they informed me that I have a balance of $262.00 dollars and since I closed my bank account they will be do a wage garnishment. Should I just pay the $262.00 or go to my payroll personnal?

So I have a $8,000 credit card debt. URG is trying to collect and we settle for $2,000 with 12 month payments. I asked for the terms to be disclosed and they only tell me the terms over the phone. URG sent me a letter and it only shows the amount broken down to 12 payments. Should I refuse to proceed unless I have the terms on paper?

So this morning I check my Mobiloans account where my payment of $185 was suppose to be processed (one payment of $90 and one payment of $95). Low and behold, the system processed double payments, meaning they took 2 $90 payments and 2 $95 payments! So far, my bank is only showing the original 2 payments of $90 and $95 for today. Hope the others don't show up Monday. I called support, only to find out "yeah, our systems are having problems today and are taking double payments". What a joke these people are!

I have 3 entries on my credit report. The entries are regarding a telephone bill. I have disputed the entries with credit bureaus. All the 3 entries have been verified. I am planning to send 623 dispute letter. Should I send the letter to the legal department of the telephone company? The telephone company is located somewhere in Redlands. Should I directly send the letter to the collection agency? I am confused. I did have a discussion with a representative of the telephone company. The representative can't even recognize the account.
