i'm in Tennessee. I've been dealing with this place for awhile and tried to get them to help let me make payments on this loan. It's $280. Every time I go in, they are nasty and incredibly unhelpful. I've re-done this loan so many times because I just couldn't seem to get back up and going-- I was working on getting the others paid off that I had as well (because other places were helpful in letting me get them paid off, so I focused on them). Anyway, long story short, I re-wrote the check like normal.

I had taken a cash in advance online in 2005. The company started to take payment from my account on dates not agreed apon and funds were not there. I ended up not able to pay off the cash advance becuase I kept getting negative activity in my checking account with Washington Mutual. I ended up in a situation where I owed the bank more money just from fee's alone and there for when I payment was due the money was so negative I could not cover the full payment.

I've found alot of helpful information on this site but can anyone shed some light on the laws regarding Internet loans in the state of Virginia? I currently have 4 Internet pdls out, 3 of which are being reasonable in working out payment arrangements with the exception of Zip19/Ecare solutions. I have drafted revokation of wage assignment letters but how do I stop the harassing phone calls and threats to send letters to my employer?

Hello. I have a company which is inactive at this moment. Final Tax return was filed this summer. I was stupid enough to sign personal guarantee for bank lines of credit and business credit cards. Actually it was for my friend, who used this money to buy condos in Florida (foreclosure right now), open his own business (a mortgage company). He used to make monthly payments until March of this year. Now these loans are in default and over 120 days late, some of them are in collection. My credit history is ruined. There is Amex cc which is trying to collect from me.

I have been speaking with a woman at LRA about two payday loans that I am trying to work out. Long story short... They are with CMG and Pack Management Group...both unlicensed to do business in the state of Montana. She mailed me two letters from them stating I have 30 days to dispute this debt and now they are both charging me over $505.00 on a $200.00 loan when I have already made payments to the loan.

my name is francis. how is everybody doing? ok i signed up with the website to get help with my credit card debt with bank of america/fia. i would really appreciate if anybody could help me with this. i was in debt with bank of america for about $19.000. i was making the payments as promised, but one day i made a payment on the same day as the due date, but they only reveived the payment one day later, wich made the APR go from 12% to 21%. called bank of america, explained to them what happened and asked them if i could have the same APR as before, did not succeed at that.

I can not post about this organization below because it was considered advertising, so I reposted. I just want to know if these people are scammers, and if their defenses work. but here this is their "get out of debt" plan. I am studying if these strategies actually work, and wanted to get anyone's opinion/experience as to the success of each tactic. Do these people sound like scammers? Phase One - They claim if you have superior liens filed, that you are less attractive to sue. I know for me that this will not work by itself, since banks do not really care.

Got a call from them yesterday and he would not tell me why he was calling, or even say if he was attempting to collect a debt or not until I confirmed my SSN; ya I'll get right on that.
