:oops: Hi, i had LVNV contact me and in fact we had a court date in which i had sent them the debt verification letter just before the date. i didn't hear anything so i thought it was solved. i didn't go, stupid i know but i can't change that now. about a week later i got a letter from Resurgent Capital Services, which is LVNV saying "We have taken the necessary actions to ensure you will receive no further communications from Resurgent Capital Services L.P. If you have any further questions please contact one of our customer service reps. and the next page was the validation of debt page.

2 questions. I'm in KY. I have a loan with My Cash Now which is defaulted. Over the last 2 years, I've had multiple loans and always repaid each and everyone of them and one time. I can assure you that I've paid way more to them in fees than what exists on this current loan. This is an internet loan. Can I apply those over payments to this loans principle? Also once a C & D is sent is the 3rd party agency allowed to contact you legally once more.

Hey all...i've been on the forum a while. I think i've made some pretty good strides in credit repair. Ive gotten rid of a lot of negative items. At last check my scores were between 600-637 (highest being EQ)...since then though i know they've gone up, as i've gotten rid of a few negatives on each report. I have my student loans as being in good standing. On TU and EX I still have 4 collections down from 7 or so. I think I can get some removed, they're all at least 4 years old now.

I received a letter from Sessoms & Rogers to appear in court on 8/3/09/ for an account that Cache LLC was suing me for. I showed up at court, I didn't see my name on any list to see any judge. I asked a bailiff where I should go, he said check another list. I did, my name wasn't on any list. Last week, I received another letter from Sessoms & Rogers stating that I know have a judgement against me for this debt. A judge signed it at 4pm on 8/3/09. I called Sessoms & Rogers today to get info on this debt. I was told it was an MBNA credit card account.

I live in TX. I have several payday loans: Paycheck Today - $390 Cash Advance Network - $520 Ace Cash Express - $520 Ace Cash Express - $390 Loan Shop Online - $650 United Cash Loans - $520 First Cash - $612 Cash Net USA - $1750 Ameriloan - $390 They are all internet loans. I can either pay the mortgage or these loans. The mortgage company is threatening foreclosure and I have to get this under control... I have talked with someone at Oak View Law Group. They advised me to close my checking account and get the consolidation process started with them.

got a letter today from the Collecton Laywer for Interrogatories and request for prod of Documents, there are 15 Interrogatories questions and 10 documents and things to be produced, I need help with the right way to answer them, it says I have 30 days to Responde Thanks

If I have two chase cards, and they are equally past due, should I try to settle with them at the same time? Do they combine them into the same offer, or does each one have to be done separately (with two separate settlement letters)? Thank You
