After reading this site I see a lot of great advice. I really did not think there was any help. I pay off pay day loans and then take out two more to make ends meet. I currently have three pay day loans online and four store front loans. I feel like Im drowning more every day with these. I have been able to make arringments at my local ones to pay them down. no problem there ( I Hope). My online is another story. I have the template that I will use and send out. In the morning I am going to talk to my bank and possible close my account. I want to pay off what I owe when I can.

Hello everyone. I got sucked into these PDL's i was barely making enough to make my bills everymonth. I live in las vegas here are my PDL's. I thought I was gonna be able to pay these all off, but my work has slashed hours. What can i do to further prevent getting deeper and deeper in debt. I need advice. Its driving absolutely insane. This paycheck i have not enough to pay these off just to make rent and get food. Does anyone know the Nevada laws concerning PDLS?

Ok, This may help. First of all, I have been with them since last Oct 08. I am very dissatisfied but that doesnt have much to do with the little bit of info I am going to give. First of all, if you are already with them and have payday loans with them, they charge a hefty fee for those. Howeverrr... there is NO mention of that fee in your paperwork that you signed. If you started with them prior to Dec. 08, they now have a new contract. They have made some changes so make sure they are going by YOUR contract that you signed, not the new one.

I have loans with United Cash loan and Ameriloans in IL. I just found out that they are illegal and they are over charging me. I sent both companies an email asking them not to draft my account and not to call me at work on 7/28. They didn't draft my account however United started calling me at work 8/11 and told me they were offering me a settlement offer of 390. this is not a settlement when I only owe them 217. Can someone helpme? I have asked them in writing and verbally not to call me at work but they have called me several times.

I need advice. I lost my job because the company I worked for had to downsize. That was 5 months ago. I have been looking and looking for a new job, but had to fall back on unemployment. My unemployment income does not meet the amount of my bills, so I took out a payday loan with the idea that I could break it up into payments. Once again falling short the next month I took out another one. Well the cycle did not end, so now I have 5 payday loans. I did not realize what mess I was getting into, and now I have no idea how to get myself out.

After requesting validation from Midland, they have finally sent some copies of old credit card statements. The statements cover a 7month period, but are not the final statements. In the validation letter I asked for an accounting of how the balance was calcuated but have not received anything for that. The balance they say I owe is more than what is on these statements but I do not know how it is calculated. Is this proper validation or should I be entitled to some itemization on the balance they say I owe. Should I write them back or what should be my next step. Thanks,

Situation............ 1x CC BOA - 17500 2x CC Chase - 9000 (7300 WAMU prior, now chase) 1x CC Discover - 1800 I am currently paying about 750 (450 wamu, 300 others) a month for CC's, no late or missed pymts, perfect pymt history in past 3-4 yrs. Its just feels likes it never going to end. I am also paying 693 a month for carnote/insurance. At the end of day i have no $$$$ to spare. I currently dont have any assets, I rent, I have steady job making 55k yr. My problem is I never have any $$$ to spend so I still use my cc's.
