I am in WAY over my head. I don’t know how it happens. I’ve filed bankruptcy before, lost a home to foreclosure and am now in the same spot again! I am a person who obviously cannot handle finances. I have a checking account that I’ve had since 1988. The only reason they haven’t closed the account is because they make too much money off of me in overdraft/NSF return fees. If I had back all the money I’ve paid in those I’d be rich! I don’t know what to do at this point. I have 3 small credit cards ($300 - $750 limits) which are all over limit and past due.

I am injured and can't get to court for my hearing. Who would I have to contact to find out how I should deal with this.

I have 3 payday loans that i can't afford to pay anymore. I have been in the payday loan trap for over 2 years now. I pay one off and have to get another. Its an ongoing cycle that has cost me thousands in fees and i cant do it anymore. I currently have loans with mycashnow, paydaymax and paydayone. Paydayone now states they no longer give loans to residents of PA. My next payments are scheduled for this friday the 7th. Should i close my checking account before than?

If you failed previously with a debt consolidation company can you join another company again

I don't know if anyone has experienced this or has any advice. I received a summons from a law office, it says it represents Capital One bank and that I have to appear in court. On the bottom it says this is a communication from a debt collector but no agency name is given. It's legitimate paperwork, but I'm in a very bad financial state. Will they actually sue me if I have no assests? I don't own anything. I am on worker's comp and I probably will be til the end of the year if my surgery gets approved. I'm getting paid 66% of my wages. It's not enough to pay my rent and my bills.

Sounds kind of legit, but very dubious. I did the live chat with this site and they didn't have an answer yet either.

I am getting stressed, I am tired of them saying they are from an attorney's office and will be serving me a summons if I don't pay up. I am tired of them saying they are going to sue me. I want to set up payment arr with them but the payment arrangements they are setting up with me are just impossible " pay entire bal at the end of the month! or get sued" :oops: should I be stress or not that i'm going to get sued?

I have a problem dealing with A2B.com. they keep telling me the US has no jurisdiction over them. They can't get at my acoount as it is closed . I getting no where with the help center on the website. Any contact information for them? I think they are in New Jersey, The dept of banking and finance in that state said they are located there but can't help.

I am being sued by midland funding llc for a credit card debt in florida. they tried to serve me a summons at my mailing address which is my mothers house, she told them i dont live there and that i live at my girlfriends house in the area which she does not no where, and she would take the summons for me, they refused to give it to her and left. i checked my docket on the pinellas county public records and it stated summons returned not served.
