Florida or delaware??? I have a cc that I closed but then they raised my interest. When I asked why they said it was because they sent me a notice that they were going to raise the interest rate and I did not opt out. my acct. was already closed. Is this legal? If not does anyone know where to report them?

Hello I have a question. I copied the revoke ach transaction from the sample letters on this site. I have 2 payday loans. payday one cashnetusa I sent both an email copy of the revoke letter. Payday one responded. But I have not heard a word from cashnetusa. The email address I used for them is: cashnetusa support @ cashnetusa.com Is this the correct email? And should I resend the revoke letter?

I received 2 installment loans via the internet. Am I obligated to repay the principle of the loans and all the interest and fees? I have paid back approximately 1/2 of the principle on both of these loans. I reside in KY if that makes any difference.
