I was buying a car with a small dealership. I'm halfway Finish paying for the car and they repossess the car.if I file chapter 13 can I get it back?

I was in a huge financial bind back in October of 2012, We took out a payday loan from Best choice 123 and have been paying on this loan since. The original loan was for 650 and we have paid 190 bi weekly since. I just checked the balance and the amount is still 620 that is owed. I have read a few other forums about this and Can not find if this pay day loan is legal in the State of Utah. Where can I find this information at. I know the state of Utah the PDL has to be licensed in this state.

OK, so I figured out today by getting my head out of the sand that I have 9 payday loans! yikes!!! I am going through a divorce, and had surgery, so income was decreased significantly.

I have a PDL to The VIP Loan Shop for $500.00. So far I have paid $450.00 in fees. I mailed them a certified letter today with a $50.00 money order. While searching online for any information I could find about The VIP Loan Shop, trying to get a US mailing address, I discovered that Idaho, Michigan, New Hampshire, Washington State and Illinois have all issued Cease and Desist Orders against them to stop their lending in their states. Arkansas has also obtained a court order against them.

I just re-read the sample letter for wage assignment. I saw that on the bottom it said something about this could not be used for Government employees. I am a local government employee so hopefully this applies to me...

i would like to know the specific procedures on how to deal with Payday loan companies. i currently have 7 store front and 1 internet loan. i have made payments or renewed all but 1 storefront company which i was unable to make any payments. i have already closed my bank account and discussed my situation with my banker. the bank has close the account that my loans were made on and she has opened a new account with no ties to the original account. i want to pay the loans back but cant afford the minimum payments any more as the have surpassed my income.

In the state of florida, I thought you could not get another payday loan if the previous loan has not been paid. If I made agreement to pay off the loan with a attorney office, can another attorney office threat to take you to court for another one that has the same account number but has the wrong year.

Got a call from someone with legacy mngt saying they were a pre-lit firm and it was in regards to hyrda I sent them a cease letter last year and at one point got calls from global pre-lit company in regards to hydra so I'm not sure if the company change there name. I called back and it's the same story this is going to court bs tell your lawyer to call us . They want give address to me. I asked them to send DV letter claim they sent one lol but I never got it. Scam?? Once again

Now I'm getting calls threatening garnishment, arrest, warrants, lawsuits. Try to get a physical address to send a cease and desist letter and they won't give it to me. Please help!!
