getting too deep

hi I am in TN. My pdl are starting to become a problem. I can't believe this happened to me, I thought I could keep control. I am wondering if I can get it all worked out without affecting my credit report? Thats the reason I went with pdl in the first place, trying to rebuild credit and not have anything show up there. cashdirect express-400 loanpointusa-200 sagamore-150 paydaymax-370 paydayone-450 I had storefront totalling over $1000 but have them down now to only $200.

Is there a maximun late fee amount a pay day loan place can assess?

Or can they just keep charging more and more? Like say I borrowed $300, and wasn't able to pay it back (and can't refi), will they ever stop accruing fees?

Chase Bank

I see on my credit report that there is an entry from original creditor Chase NA credit card account. It has been since 3/04 since my last payment and the SOL for Missouri (where I entered into account) is 5 years. I am wondering why they never tried to sue me or sold the charged off debt. Any clues? There are no CA's shown for that account on my report either.

Calculation of Days Past Due

17 years 1 month ago
How do credit card companies calculate this? I'm doing much better about asking them each call how many days past due I am, and writing it in my notes... but it seems to me that the story changes sometimes. For example, I know I am two payments and change behind on Citi. So if each payment is a 30 day cycle, that's 60 days... and maybe another week or two... so let's call it 70 days. Last night when I asked how many days past due I am, they told me 53 days. I'm just not tracking to their methodology of doing this at all.

Unemployed and need payday loan help in PA

17 years 1 month ago
Hello, hopefully someone can help me out. As of April 2, I am unemployed. I resigned my job and relocating to Florida but the job I had lined up for me fell through. I'm still moving to Florida but without a job. My question is I have 5 PDL's and I'm about to close my bank account because of the amount of monies taken out.

Wells Fargo Settlement

Okay, first, this is for a HELOC loan (Home Equity Line of Credit). I know that it's a secured loan, and that makes it a little different from an unsecured loan. However in this case, the fair market value of the home is well below that of the first mortgage, so the HELOC loan is up a creek in a foreclosure sale. And the home is already in the foreclosure process, but yet to have a sale date set (California is a non-judicial foreclosure state so they can do this without taking me to court). I've sent them a hardship letter (multiple letters really).

Which one to pay first

17 years 1 month ago
Hi, I have received a phone call from Evans Laws saying they are collecting for debt I have with e-payday-loan.com. The loan was for $350, they want $620, but say they are willing to settle for $460. At the same time, I received an offer from PayDayOne, and they want $325 for $650 loan (basically they ask for half of what I borrowed). That is a great offer to me, and $325 is within my ability to pay. The question is, should I pay e-payday-loan first, or PayDayOne?

I have a supposed debt that I owe the company calling from this line - just got a vm at work (have told them not to call me here) where they said I had an hour. Question is - my payroll dept is saying they have a wage garnishment order against me and they are required to take it out - originally from Texas where the garnsihment laws are rigid against garnishment I am not use to this in PA. All they have is an electronic "ok" with my name and ssn - no written sig - is this allowed and legit?
