LVNV Funding is reporting on my credit report. I due owe the debt and want to pay it, but I don't know what the best way to go about it is. First off the debt is from 2008 but they're reporting it as if its from 2011. Should I contact them or contact the original debtor to pay it? Is there any way I can get them to remove it from my report once its paid?

I live in Missouri and need to know if PayDayMax and NetCredit are legal in my state. I am getting my letters ready to mail out and just want to make sure. If anyone has had loans with these people how did your settlement with them go. Thanks, Joan

Has anyone had any luck setting up a EPP with Speedy Cash?

A manager at Ace changed the date a payment needs to be in from Jan 31st to Feb 7th. I would like to know if in doing this, my DUE DATE has changed. The reason is I would like to ask for an EPP but if the DUE DATE stays the same, then today is too late. Thanks!

I moved from Florida to Maine in August of 2007 (5 1/2 years ago). I had defaulted on several credit cards a couple of months before that time. 1. The Statute of Limitations in Florida is 4 years and in Maine is 6 years. Which SOL is valid? 2. I am starting to have a couple of these people call me and threaten suit. If the SOL is 4 years I am free and clear, if it follows Maine, how worried should I be (assuming that I defaulted around June/July of 2007) that they will sue me brefore the Maine SOL runs out? 3.

I am presently going through payday loan hell. I have five payday loans totaling $2500 (principal) or $4000 (with interest). It's been hard to get in contact with the collection departments. When I notify the store reps that I can nolonger make the payments they attempt to make arrangements where they only reduce a payment here and there. They tell me that they cannot put me in contact with the collection department until I am in default. All of the loans are storefronts and legal in Colorado. What steps do I need to take to get payments that would allow me to eat and survive?

I'm just looking to see if I did the right thing today. I've been a reader of this group now for quite a while. I have 3 PDL's here in CT. I recieved an email last week stating that they will be selling my loans to a 3rd party collection agency. I just want these people off my back. So I sent them the letter in one of the templates on here stating that they were prohibited in my state and that I would pay back the principal balance. My loans are as follows: Plain green - Rec'd 700 paid 265 Great Plains - Rec'd 400 paid 2 pymts of 88.00 Mobiloans - Rec'd 550 paid 2 payments of 125.

Can you tell me the legal payday loans for Indiana? I am underwater trying to pay these off.
