Currently have 4 PDL's and I am in NC(100% illegal in my state). I paid more than the principles on all 4 loans and asked for a refund on my overpays. Can I threaten them to seek a lawyer to recover overpays from my previous loans, if the do not refund me on my current loans? Talking about $3000 I over paid in principles over 2 years.

I have a loan with Checkngo that is current. My hours have been shotened due to illness and I was off work. I called them to ask for an extended payment plan and he said in the state of ohio they do not offer that. Is he right? The law I saw seemed like it stated to me that it does. Do I have to let my account go in default to get it? What do I do? Please Help!!!

Has anyone recieved calls from the above number? They are foreign males that keep saying I am going to be arrested. They have my personal information including my social security number. I really dont know how to handle this. They called my work once today and my cell phone 4 times in the span of 20 minutes. What should I do? Amy

okay today I received a phone call at work from some foreign man telling me I was reported to the state and going to be arrested unless I called someone. He said his name was John Michael and the Officer I was suppose to contact was a Daniel Richard. When I hung up with him I checked my cell phone and there were 4 calls from this person with messages threatening to arrest me at work or at home. Has anyone else gotten calls from these people? Where did they get the info from ( they had my social security number ). I really dont know what to do . Any help would be apprieciated. Thanks, kate

ok I sent out my letters my wife and I both have an Advance through them. The email me back saying that I am not even on the loan since my birthdate is different they have my stinking birthdate wrong on my account

Today i want to gain control of my finances. I have numerous payday loans. i closed my account and opened a new one. they are all calling me and i'm not answering because i dont even know what to say. the stress is giving me nights of insomnia, i've lost weight, my joy is gone. Do i go to a debt consolidation company for payday loans? i found this site while googling payday loan consolidation companies. i just dont even know where to start or what to do :(

Hi there, I have a question, I have 2 checking accounts, one with TCF bank and I have one with a credit union. TCF has closed my checking account due to NSF, I am currently paying them off. They said they reported me to Chex systems. So now since I am in chexsystems, can my credit union freeze my account so I dont have access to my funds.Thanks

In 20d06, I contacted FDR to assist me with cleaning up my debts. I had over $10,000.00, I did EVERYTHING they asked me to do. I cut up all of my credit cards. They came up with a budget for me so I could pay my debts off completely. At the time I contacted them my credit was very good, never late on any of my credit card payments, no collections. FDR told me that they contacted my creditors and made a settlement with them to pay all my debt for 75% of what I owed saving me 25%. It sounded good to me. They came up with a payment plan that would leave me debt free in just 1 1/2 years.
